Social Media Manager

The goal of our Social Media Unit is to help companies grow brand awareness, reach, and profitability through creative campaigns. We love great stories and live and breathe content—in words and visuals!

With our own social media channels, we are not just another agency—we are content creators and hands-on social media practitioners. We may be a young company, but we only recommend what truly works. This promise, along with our daily content creation, is deeply rooted in our DNA.

We believe that true success on social media comes from truly great content—and that comes from creative and talented people with vision. Every day, we work to make the digital social media world just a little more valuable.

If you believe that every company has interesting stories to tell, join our team as a Social Media Manager (m/f/d).

What We Offer You

  • Team Spirit – We are an ambitious team that loves social media. Every day we push ourselves further, learning from and with each other—no question goes unanswered. You’ll be part of a team you can rely on 100%.

  • Digital First – Remote working isn’t just a buzzword for us—it’s our reality. Work part of your time wherever you want! We have no fixed office requirement because we stay connected remotely. This gives you plenty of flexibility.

  • Shared Growth – As an agency, personal connection is extremely important to us. We regularly meet in person and organize joint workations. Look forward to intensive workshops, team building, and a lot of fun.

  • Personal Development – We want every team member to reach their full potential—both personally and professionally. In regular feedback sessions, we’ll help you grow. If you find a course or seminar that will help you advance, we’ll support you in attending it.

  • Brands – Work with exciting and unique companies, helping them gain visibility, customers, and talent through social media.

  • State-of-the-Art Equipment – Always up-to-date technology with professional tools.

  • Onboarding – You won’t be left on your own! We’ll guide you through the first weeks together, constantly improving our onboarding process based on feedback.

  • True Passion – We believe social media is neither inherently good nor bad—it’s what we make of it. We don’t want to be just one of many—we want to stand out and make something extraordinary.

Your Responsibilities

As a Social Media Manager (m/f/d), you will manage not only our own social media channels but, above all, help our clients succeed on social media. You will support them with both strategic insights and operational execution:

  • Plan and execute cross-channel social media activities for clients and our own accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring professional consultation and project management.

  • Coordinate, oversee, and create content yourself (e.g., conducting brainstorming sessions and editorial meetings).

  • Produce image content and direct the recording of client social media videos.

  • Monitor, report, and analyze the results of implemented social media measures.

  • Track social media trends and provide actionable recommendations.

  • Manage the community for selected client channels.

  • Develop shooting plans and organize video productions.

Your Profile

  • You love social media and have a knack for knowing what works. You work independently, are creative, and take responsibility.

  • You don’t just consume social media—you understand how platform algorithms work.

  • You stay up to date on strategies, trends, and best-performing content.

  • You are a hands-on doer, take ownership, execute quickly, and learn fast.

  • You are excited to work with a variety of companies.

  • You are highly organized, work systematically, and keep an eye on everything.

  • You have strong communication skills, are proactive, and enjoy taking responsibility.

  • You have experience creating content and are comfortable using tools like Adobe Creative Cloud, Excel, or Canva.

  • You have at least 2 years of professional experience in a company or in the service industry, e.g., consulting or marketing agency.

  • You hold a university degree in business administration, media management, or communications—or equivalent practical experience.

  • You bring positive energy and enthusiasm to the team.
