Based on the impressions and information gathered, we then work with you to develop the precise task definition and again document it visually and in writing.
2. Audit
Afterwards, we analyze the current state, as well as your external and self-image, and how your company and brand are presented outwardly — as a view of your company.
In this context, we also look at the market and competitive situation.
Then we analyze your strengths and weaknesses, in order to better highlight your strengths, opportunities, and unique selling points for future communication, and we define our shared and concrete goals.
3. Strategy
From the insights we have gathered together and the clearly defined goals, we develop a marketing strategy built on solid pillars that focuses on achieving long-term objectives and uses individual tactical measures.
This marketing strategy answers all relevant questions without going too much into detail and serves as a guideline for all tactical and operational decisions in the future day-to-day business.

5. Media and Technology Selection
As an experienced full-service agency, we determine the appropriate media for your target group and combine them into an efficient, multimedia overall concept.
In addition, we select technologies that serve your goals.
This includes, for example, a suitable CMS system or shop software tailored to your needs.
We are familiar with all common systems on the market, along with all their advantages and disadvantages.
6. Design
Now it’s time for our creatives to take over: our design team is led by award-winning diploma designers.
They develop the core communication idea and then define the visual implementation.
In the area of design, our offering ranges from visual revisions to a complete redesign of the logo, new visual worlds, new typography, and the formulation of a new claim plus corporate wording.
Ideally, we create a new corporate design for you — including a brand guide that summarizes all CD (corporate design) guidelines.
7. Technical Implementation
In the final step, we begin the technical implementation of all planned measures and monitor their on-time production.
For this, our specialized departments work together in close coordination.
Through regular evaluation during this crucial phase, we can identify potential problems early on and find solutions to ensure timely completion.
If desired, we are also happy to present interim results to involve you in the development process.
This already provides the opportunity for revision loops during the process, so you always stay up to date.
8. Measuring and Controlling
What did our implemented tactical measures achieve?

For this, we use modern measurement methods from online marketing to analyze the behavior of your target group in relation to our work.
This includes not only tailored KPIs of online presence such as traffic, conversions, clicks, or the rankings of relevant keywords,

These regular figures are compiled into reports and provide the basis for further action.
